We offer professional deal facilitation, documentation review, negotiation support, and closing coordination for business transactions. Our goal is to streamline your deal process from initiation to completion.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Fees

All fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due as specified in your invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please notify us in writing within 14 days of service delivery. Refunds may be granted under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Requests must be made within 14 days of completion of the specific service element.
• Process: Email your refund request to our contact form with your account details and reason for the request.
• Review: We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and respond within 7 business days.
• Refund Amount: Approved refunds will be prorated based on the portion of services not yet rendered, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
• Exclusions: No refunds are available for services already completed or for fees paid to third parties, such as filing or registration costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
